The Dissection Hour

Standing around a table,
with hands that may wobble,
are some fine young lads,
with gloves are they clad.

What is happening may you think,
well it is the dissection hour on the brink,
with cadavers on their supine position,
and students that make a fine preposition.

Armed with knowledge and dissection kits,
these young lads with brains truly lit,
cut through the cadavers with all the precision they can muster,
and hide their mistakes with the help of some luster.

Like a statue stands the great skeleton,
a memorandum post-dissection,
students stand in awe at the museum,
for concepts are cleared with great visual-ism.

Guiding through are PG's and brilliant teachers,
mistakes though often leads to screeches,
Oh! The great hours of dissection,
which may seem to you as a matter of fiction.

But,the stories here are all true,
for a doctor must have even the finest clue,
to help the patient in every case,
so welcome to the anatomy lab,
"Where the dead serves the living"
