Transcendent Love

The stars twinkled in her eyes tonight,
As she grasped onto the memories so bright,
Each day looking past herself,
Onto the tiny tot that smiled aloof.

She pushed past her tiredness,
She rushed past her pain,
Each day each night she looked on,
With a face full of bliss at her child.

Her child; her life's love,
Her true love at first sight,
She reared him for 9 months,
Looking past the birth pain.

At last he arrived; her child,
Ah! What a miracle of life,
She looked mesmerized at her son,
Onto her beautiful creation.

She reared him in care,
Taking care of all his needs,
She remained silent in the shadows,
For her sons happiness she prayed.

She stayed with him through and through,
She watched the tiny tot grow and grow,
Her little baby now a man,
Stands before her for her blessings.

She watched him rush past for work,
For he had his own family of four to feed,
She watched him rear his own child,
And saw a reflection of herself in him.

She smiled blissfully,
She smiled contendly,
For she had reared a child,
For she had reared a wonderful human.

A human who knew the truths of life,
Who viewed things with kindness,
One who became a wonderful husband and father,
One who became a wonderful son.

Onto the stars she stared tonight,
Unreeling the scenes of her life,
Blissfully smiling at her past,
Sitting aloof under the stars.

Con Man

This is a poem from a girls perspective, for those people who think that their 'love' was fake. For those people that think that they were cheated.

Con Man

He came upto me in a storm,
With charisma, style and what not,
A charming man was my fantasy,
But, Ah! is he the one?

Time & time he seized control,
Feigning a dream so close,
He caught my heart in his palms,
As I lost my very stance.

Whispering things into my ears,
As giggles popped out,
Each time he said a word,
Shivers ran down my spine.

We talked we shared,
We lost control,
As promises were made,
Of a future so distant-close,
It could be held by my hands.

We got close- we got far,
Over a span of 2 weeks,
You got distant into the storm,
As I truly lost my signal.

Oh! What have you done to me,
My very little being,
For you have taken over me,
By creeping up in my thoughts.

What was I to you,
What did I mean,
Was I but a voodoo doll,
To play to your well tuned dream.

Like a rag doll put aside,
destroyed was my feelings,
Like a cigarette butt,
Was I put 'lights out'.

You are but a con man,
Lying through the way,
Making & taking things of ours,
That shouldn't be the same.

One fragile heart was cracked open,
By those nefarious hands,
Oh! For I have sinned,
For closing into your land.

This lil one will never be the same,
For I have gone through storms,
Oh nefarious lil devil,
You should watch out,
For I'll brew up a storm.

Bedazzeld

I met a girl with a mischievous smile
Whose smile glinted with life
A touch of light and a touch of darkness,
Into the unknown do you lie.

You brought forth storms in me,
Waging wars in my heart,
My mind says 'heave ho!',
While my heart comes to an embarrassing stop.

Each day do you provocate me,
Building desires over the seas,
But your love is hard I see,
For the drone of love has bequeathed me.

Flown into the ranging storm,
Sunk beneath the forlorn,
Happily married did I see,
But never crossed paths now; did we?

Each romance a melody,
Each melody a symphony,
But where art thou,
And where am I.

Forever alone shalt I be,
Hiding in this crooked shell,
Thinking blossomous thoughts,
Never to be held.

For I shalt be who I am,
And you shalt be you,
If ever cross paths do we,
Let destiny intertwine our paths.

Grandpa

This is a simple hearted poem that I wrote when my grandfather passed away. This poem is one of the ones that inspired me to pursue poetry as a hobby and the heart's atonement.

Grandpa

I know that you are watching over me,
from stars up and about,
I know that you care for me,
For I feel your eternal love,
Grandpa why did you leave me,
Is it to go to your ancestral abode.

Our talks were needless of words,
For you knew me as a lad,
Toddling past your busy path.

Gramp's I don't know when I will meet you again,
Whether in this life's end or the next one,
Just know that I will always love you.

The Deserter

This is a woeful tale of mine,
A tale of a deserter,
Long lost into the abyss,
Long lost from my heir.

Sunny shines and sunny dreams,
A happy house of five,
Was rudely awakened by a miss,
That turned my tale to woe.

She ensnared my head slowly,
Whispering wicked things to me,
Slowly reaching into me,
Was her naked thoughts and shares.

She slowly gave me things,
That I could not comprehend,
In her confident eyes did I see,
Desires that I thought long lost.

Reaching out into me,
She took me from my heir,
Fearful thoughts crept up to me,
Because God was she a snare.

Each day, each night she texted me,
Whispering that she loved me,
Rudely awakened was I from this fantasy,
As my child and her mother found our case.

Each day, each night I fought with thee,
Creating cracks in this sanded stream,
For I had forgotten this sanctuary,
Of our very life's beat.

O' Lecherous snake here'dth thee,
Stay away from me,
Me, my wife and my children,
Should stay stay away from your bay.

This evil creature that ensnared me,
Thou art be punished in hell,
How will I make up to my wife my children,
As I stay in this den.

This is a woeful tale of mine,
A tale of a deserter,
Long lost into the abyss,
Long lost from my heir.

Awakening From A Dream

I saw a dream,
A dream I held close,
A family of five humming,
The melody of a song of love.

The dream portrayed a swan,
That was being chased by a crow,
For it held desires within,
The life of expectancy.

The dream enclosed of holding hands,
Being happy and in bliss,
Of a sage and a beauty,
Entitled the world's harmony.

As the dream shone light upon,
Dark storms past,
The quarrels subside,
As smiles dawned on them both.

The dream spoke of a hero,
Chivalric in his ways,
Rescuing his beloved,
From her horror pasts.

It showed of him tall and stout,
As he stood in front of her parents house,
Standing before the titan; her father,
Was he brave enough to ask.

He asked for her hand; his beloved,
For they were as close as one,
The times surged past,
As the clock struck thrice.

The dream resolved to be reforged again,
It showed of a humble house,
Surrounded by a meadow in the blue,
Where laughter and giggles chimed by.

The dream showed tiny tots,
Alike yet so different,
Naughty as the children of the past,
They circled their parents whose face was with glee.

As I was immersed into the dream,
Thunder struck and the dream shattered,
Ah! I have awakened,
But Oh these shackles; my burdens.

At a time I needed most,
All was naught as it never reciprocated,
Leaving behind this old shell,
Leaving behind a heart lost.

Awakened am I from this dream,
The dream albeit beautiful one,
Pity the soul,
And pity the living,
As one regresses the lot.

Update #3: Romance

"Each beat a melody, each melody a romance, each romance lasting a lifetime."
What is romance? Is it just a thing, is it desire, is it a mirage, an illusion, a trick played to the eyes or is it a true event, soul changing and lasting for a lifetime.
As I have mentioned in my earlier updates I am more of a person who like's to observe the many things that happen around me. I have observed quite a lot of people through my 21 years of life and one of my favourite one's to observe are "lover's". They have a unique hymn in between them that is always quite clear to the third eye but oblivious to them.
It is a happy event to see 2 people get together, but it is gut wrenching when you know the two people yourself and you know that this probably will not work.Even though you still believe that this is their own choice, their own life and stand afar hoping and praying that this works out just fine, and hoping for a good life for both these souls.
Many of you guys reading might be wondering whether I am in a relationship myself, well no, not yet. Even though I have not yet been in one does not mean that I have never faced rejection's or been in a pseudo relation. As I said before romance may be a fleeting moment or a thing that lasts a lifetime.

Carpe Amorem (Seize love)
There will be moments in life where you will see that glint in your crush's eyes. That glint that says I like you. In such situations I have only one thing to say to you Man up, go forward in that situation  and finish it off then and there because if you leave that moment and don't seize it then you are deleting yourself a whole timeline where you could potentially have been the most happiest couple.
Do not be afraid of the rejections, go forward and tell the stuff you want to tell, do not be afraid of the rejection because once you tell it, you would feel as if a whole load has been taken off your back, trust me on this one.
All in all you have expressed yourself and now it's their turn. Whether or not the answer is positive you should not regret because at that very moment you know for yourself what their feelings are towards you. You have done your part and they have done their's, now move on with your life because if they don't think you are cool then to heck with it, that's their opinion because wherever you go in the world you are you and the world's filled with all kinds of people. You will one day or the other find your true homie, so do not go sulking all day long.
I am going to stop the update on this note that I found in a Chinese novel
"The farthest distance known to man/woman is to stand in front of you, right next to you, yet not know I love you."

The Proposal

You touched my heart unlike anyone else,
You made me say goodbye,
You guided me like the little stars,
That twinkled in your eyes.

You made me shake and quiver
On that very sight,
Of your beauty that's true,
That touches both my shell and soul.

You left me breathless by the sight,
Of your kindness and your character,
Of the very touch that's ethereal,
I see that through your eyes.

Oh my! Your soul vibes in my rhythm,
I hope we be one,
When the world stand's against us,
I hope we stand as one.

I hope you will forgive me,
When I say I love you,
You are the one; my soulmate
And I hope I am your solitude.

Hope you will accept me,
This very battered shell,
I hope you will find in me,
The love you have yearned.

I cry with a heart that's dying,
Because of my  nervousness
Of hearing the answer,
For I surely am terror struck.

Whether you will tell yes,
I do not know,
But I do know
That I will never be the same.

The answer might change me,
For better or for worse,
You may in flame me,
And my very life.

Hope you find me,
In this darkness,
And guide me like you once did,
For this life I lay down for you,
For the answer that I yearn.

~The Exorbitant Route ~

The pain of build up,
The pain of break,
Growing wild vines around,
An inescapable route.

You were once a pal,
Shoulder to shoulder,
Eye to eye,
Heart to heart,
And soul to soul,
Not a word uttered,
But even the classified within reach.

What went wrong?
Where did the drought strike,
A throbbing migraine you became,
A word uttered and pure murder,
Fight over fight,
Differences over and over again,
Not even one right,
All just wrong.

The strings tension grew weak,
Words beyond mend,
Torn apart and blazed in fire,
The sins singed by the devil,
Curse him. Ditch him. Hurt him,
Cried the nefarious being.

But beyond the darkness was the light,
There was sanity,
Pure clarity,
Mistakes done here and there
was to be amended,
Should be amended.
With a heart of hope and pure humanity,
A hand extended towards the dark,
Catching a hold of the yet to be hopeless one.

Cried and laughed did they over the silly mistakes,
Mending slowly what once was something glorious,
A sight of this
Oh! Would have been a tear in the eye,
For what beauty could go beyond this.

These mended beings now reflected light,
The very light that shone their eyes,
Ages past and lo behold there it is again,
A light that shone bright,
With a splendor of emotions.

At last one would feel a warmth in the heart,
For we are finally free,
For we are finally at home,
For we are finally at peace.
